Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

Stephany Store ships orders using trusted carriers such as:

The shipping carrier used for your order will depend on availability and destination.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Stephany Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Stephany Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.


Shipping Damage

We carefully package all fragrances to ensure safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.


Shipping Delays

Stephany Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Events beyond our control
