Lost or Stolen Packages
Stephany Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Perfumed Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
